All tickets are non-refundable and include a complete round-trip journey. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance. You may board at any convenient time on your travel day.Timing & Arrival
Please arrive at least 25 minutes before departure to ensure smooth boarding. On weekends, we advise arriving before 3:00 PM, as ferries operate on a first-come, first-served basis during peak periods. Expect possible delays on weekends and public holidays due to high passenger volume.Ferry Route & Connections
Our route operates as follows: Marina South Pier → Kusu Island → Lazarus Island → return to Marina South Pier.Getting There & Service Updates
Public transport to Marina South Pier is recommended, as parking is limited. Currently, all St. John’s Island services operate via Lazarus Island while the main jetty is undergoing enhancement works. Sisters’ Island is closed for maintenance on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Additional ferries may be scheduled during peak periods, subject to availability.Safety
Life jackets are located under each seat, with clear instructions displayed throughout the vessel. In the event of an emergency, remain calm and follow the crew’s instructions.
